Raw Soups + Salads

Corn Chowder!!
What a great winter soup. Hearty, sweet and substantial!
Serving size: per person
Ingredients
1 cob of corn or 1 cup of frozen organic corn
1/4 c soaked cashews
1 c water
1 tsp green onion (or more to taste, I find onion has a strong flavour in raw food recipes, go slow!)
dash of sea salt
pinch ground clove
Directions
Blend all ingredients until silk smooth. Garnish with more ground clove to taste. I love the ground clove; it is the secret ingredient that makes this soup irresistible.
