Raw Noodles in Coconut Cumin Lime Cream Sauce

Ingredients
Sauce:
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs lime
a few red pepper flakes
black sesame seeds 
cilantro
green onion
2 mushrooms
Directions
Blend cashews, coconut, cumin, lime, and red pepper flakes in a blender on high until smooth and a bit warm. Mix in the black sesame seeds, cilantro, green onion and mushroom. Pour over noodles and serve!

Noodles: put cucumber and zucchini through a spiralizer. 
* For warm noodles put then in the dehydrator until warm and a bit softer.

Raw Traditional Spaghett

Serving size: 4
Ingredients
1 c tomato
1/4 cup packed sundried tomato soaked
1/2 red pepper
4 crimini mushrooms
1 tbs nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
jalapeño to your spice level
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
fresh parsley
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Put in a blender after for a smoother texture.
Noodles: Put 2 large zucchini (peeled for a white spaghetti look) through a spiralizer, place in dehydrator while you make the sauce for a softer texture and warm temperature. Put mushroom slices in there too to soften and serve. 
Serve in a bowl topped with Raw Parmesean  and fresh parsley


Tacos!

Step 1. Make Taco Meat

Walnut taco meat
Ingredients
1c (150g) walnuts
1/2 packed cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 2-8 hours and drained
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4-1/8 salt
pinch of chili
pinch of cayenne
Directions - add all ingredients into a food processor and grind until meat-like consistency. 

Taco Meat Recipe #2
Ingredients
2c walnuts, soaked overnight
2 tbs tamari (Braggs)
2 tbs cumin
1 tso paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
chipotle or cayenne

Directions: add to a food processor and blend until meat-like

Step 2. Cut up ingredients for inside the taco
- peppers
- cilantro
- avocado
- tomato
- onion

Step 3. Vegan Sour cream
1c (140g) cashews, soaked 1-2 hours (soaking optional)
1/4 c lemon juice
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 c water

Step 4.

Put all ingredients into a purple cabbage leaf and enjoy!
