Cheese and Condiments
Raw Parmesan
1/3 c Almonds
1/3 c Cashews or Brazil Nuts
1/3 c Nutritional Yeast
Salt to taste
Directions: Combine in a food processor until proper parmesan texture. Store in the freezer!

Cashew Sour Cream
1 cup Cashews
1/4 c Lemon Juice
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 c water
Directions: Soak the cashews overnight 8 hours for a really smooth texture. If you forget, soak them at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. Drain and rinse. Add the cashews to a blender and blend on high. Add water to desired consistency. Add in lemon juice to taste. Serve chilled.
