RAW BREAKFAST
THE BREAKFAST PARFAIT
Ingredients
"Flax cracker" OR can use sprouted nuts (almonds, walnuts…) and seeds OR soak your own and dehydrate them!
Soak nuts 6 hours, place in dehydrator until crisp (12 hours)
1 c cashews soaked
2 tbs maple syrup
1 inch ginger
Cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract or ground vanilla bean
Thawed previously frrozen organic blueberries
Directions
1. Crumble up flax cracker OR Nuts + Seeds
2. Cream layer: blend together soaked cashews, a bit of water, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract
3. Fruit layer: cut up the pineapple, apple, pear
Combine + Serve
Bottom layer- Flax Cracker/Nuts+ Seeds
2nd layer: Cream
3rd layer: Fruit
4th layer: Cream
Top: Thawed blueberries

Apple Pie Smoothie!!
An exciting surprise for the taste buds!
1 gala, ambrosia or other red apple
2 small carrots
1 small zucchini
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 tbs maple syrup
Cinnamon to taste
1 Tbsp sesame tahini (or other seed/nut butter)
1 Tbsp finely ground chia seed (in coffee grinder just before use)
water
Coarsely chop the apple, carrot, and zucchini and put in the blender with the rest of the ingredients and about 1/2-1 cup of water. Blend on high until totally smooth. Add more water if you need to! Serve with a dash of cinnamon and a slice of apple.
