Tips: Making nut butter is easy, it just takes time. 10 minutes to be exact. Nut butters will only be made on high speed so don't be afraid to go for it.
Nuts can be raw, sprouted or roasted. For best results the nuts have to be dry and cool. That means if you are going to sprout your nuts, they have to also be dehydrated after.

Sprouting Nuts
1. Choose your nut type - place your nuts in a glass jar or bowl, and cover with water over night.
2. In the morning - rinse the nuts and place them in a single layer on a plate or cookie sheet. Cover with a tea towel or cheese cloth.
3. Rinse your nuts morning + night until a small white tail appears. At this point the nuts are sprouted and can be used as is, or placed in the dehydrator to dry for use as nut butter.

Tools: 1 high speed blender or Food processor, spatula
Ingredients - at least 3 cups of any nut or seed of your choice - it is important to have enough material in the blender. Smaller amounts won't work.
Directions - Add the nuts or seeds to a blender and begin. Scrape the sides down every now and then. Let the mixture cool if it starts to steam. Continue to blend until the desired consistency is reached. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
